Meeting logistics:

On the 14th of October, a shuttle will pick up participants at the Brest railway station at 5 pm, bringing them to the conference at the Moulin Mer Center (Logonna-Daoulas).

Transport will be organised between Logonna-Daoulas and Brest railway station on the 18th at the end of the conference. Departure from the center will be at 11:30 am.

For your information, a regular airport shuttle (Navette aéroport) runs after each flight and takes 20-25 minutes to reach Brest center and Brest train station (“gare SNCF”). More information :

 Accommodation and meals

 Accommodation and meals are planned and included for all participants from Monday evening (dinner included) until Friday morning (breakfast included). Rooms will be allocated upon arrival at the Center.

All participants will be staying at the conference location at the "Moulin Mer Center".

There are no convenient shops, pharmacies or bars located in the event area. Please bring all you need to the conference. In case of necessity, transport may be organised.

Due to the restricted number of rooms, accommodation is mainly based on shared rooms. Please, tell us if you would like to share a room with a specific colleague. The room allocation will be addressed on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

Bed linen and towels are provided

Note: Accommodation and transport before Monday evening and after Friday morning is the responsibility of and at the expense of concerned participants.

Registration fees / Participation details

Registration fee covers all on-site costs, including access to the conference, social events, local transport from and to Brest railway station and accommodation and all meals from Monday the 14^th of October evening until Friday the 18^th of October morning.
